摘要
设计一种用于吊装大型冲压模具的起重平台。采用计算机辅助平台设计,建立相关结构分析模型,用ANSYS仿真分析软件对该整机结构参数进行模拟载荷和分析计算,验证不同工况条件下,门式起重机各主要结构刚度和强度符合性,并判定该大型双梁门式起重平台设计合理性。最终显示,该双梁门式起重机各工况下结构刚度和强度满足需求,其理论开发尺寸满足规划要求,为其结构轻量化提供了计算支撑。
A lifting platform for large stamping die is designed.The relevant structure analysis model is established through computer aided design.ANSYS simulation analysis software is adopted to simulate the load and analyze the structural parameters of the whole machine,thus verifying the stiffness and strength of the main structure of gantry crane under different working conditions and determining the design rationality of the large double-beam portal crane platform.The results show that the structural stiffness and strength of the double-beam gantry crane meet the requirements under various working conditions,and that its theoretical size fit the planning requirements,which provides calculation basis to its structural lightweight.
