摘要 短初级长次级直线电机产生的推力与法向力波动主要来源于其磁阻力波动,电感的变化对电机的推力特性也有很大影响。针对3极4槽的单元直线电机,通过改进多目标优化遗传算法对电机参数进行优化设计,并将基于LabVIEW的电机推力测试试验值与ANSYS仿真值进行比较,验证了直线电机优化设计的鲁棒性和可靠性。优化设计后的直线电机推力波动较小、经济性好、体积小,为直线电机的优化设计提供了一种新方法。 The thrust and normal force fluctuations produced by short primary long secondary linear motor are mainly derived from the magnetic drag fluctuations and the change of inductance also exerts a great influence on the thrust characteristics of the motor.Based on the analysis of 3-pole and 4-slot unit linear motor, the motor parameters have been optimized by improving the multi-objective optimization genetic algorithm and the test results of motor thrust based on LabVIEW are compared with the simulation values of ANSYS, which verifies the robustness and reliability of the optimization design of linear motor. The optimized linear motor has small thrust fluctuation, good economy and small volume, which provides a method for the optimized design of linear motor.
