基于“创客思维”的机械类创新型人才培养模式

Study on Mode of Cultivating Mechanical Innovative Talents with Maker Thinking

为进一步推进机械类创新创业人才培养、优化新工科创新型人才培养模式、培养具有创新精神的优秀"创客",基于"创客"视角,对机械类大学生的全方位培养模式进行了探索,提出了"四位一体"的机械类大学生"创客"打造方法,完善了"创客"培育的反馈功能体系,指出在教学过程中注重人才创新创业能力达成度可以推动高校教学科研进步,激发学生创新求知途径和方法,提高学生应用理论知识解决实际工程问题的能力。

In order to further promote the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in mechanical engineering, optimize the training mode of innovative talents in new engineering, and cultivate excellent Makers with innovative spirit, this paper explores the all-round training model of mechanical students from the perspective of Makers, puts forward the Four-in-Onemethod of creating mechanical college students’ Maker and improves the feedback function system of Maker cultivation. Paying attention to the achievement of talents’ innovation and entrepreneurial ability in the teaching process can promote the progress of teaching and research in colleges and universities, stimulate students’ innovation in ways and methods of seeking knowledge, and improve students’ ability to apply theoretical knowledge to solving practical engineering problems.
