英美文学赏析课是一门英语专业课,也是一门文化通识课。研究挖掘该门课程中的思政元素和具体实施办法对广大学生开展以社会主义核心价值观为基础的思政教育十分必要。根据课程中使用的《英美文学精华导读》教材的内容,从英美文学的写作背景和写作内容两方面具体研究分析了如何进行课程思政教育,并提出了在英美文学赏析课中进行课程思政教育中应注意的一些问题和解决办法。

English and American literature appreciation is a professional course in English major and it is a cultural general course.It is to study and explore this course for ideological and political elements and specific implementing methods,which is quite necessary for most students taking the core values of Chinese socialism as basic courses for ideological and political education.According to the textbook contents in The Quintessence of English and American Literature——A Reader’s Guide.It is from the writing background and writing contents to analyze how to conduct courses for ideological and political education and it also puts forward that we should pay attention to some problems and solutions in British and American literature appreciation’s ideological and political education.
