农村老年人的养老服务需求及养老服务体系建设——基于兰州市农村地区3个村庄的实地研究

The Demand of Rural Elderly’s Pension Service and the Construction of Pension Service System——Study on the Three Villages in Rural Areas of Lanzhou City

随着人口老龄化的加剧,农村养老问题成为亟待解决的社会问题,需要关注农村老年人的养老服务需求。家庭结构、健康状况是影响农村老年人养老服务需求的重要因素,农村老年人的养老服务需求呈现出多元化的特征,多数农村老年人的需求结构呈现出生存型需求,部分农村老年人的需求结构呈现出发展型需求。构建农村养老服务体系,需要建立科学的养老服务体系,为农村老年人提供精准的养老服务;加强养老服务体系人才队伍建设,增强社区服务功能。

With the aggravation of population aging,the problem of providing for the aged in rural areas has become a social problem to be solved.We need to pay attention to the needs of the elderly in rural areas.Family structure,health condition are the important factors that affects the demand for elderly care services in rural areas.The demand of the elderly in rural areas is diversified.The demand structure of majority of elderly in rural areas shows the survival demand.Part of the needs of the elderly in rural areas are structural development needs.It needs to establish scientific elderly service system to the construction of rural service system,providing accurate elderly care service for the elderly in rural areas,strengthening the construction of talents of serving elderly system and enhancing the function of community service.
