珠三角经济圈现代服务业竞争力动态评价分析

Dynamic Evaluation and Analysis on Modern Service Competitiveness in Pearl River Delta Economic Circle

基于2014—2019年珠三角经济圈9个城市的面板数据,采用熵权Topsis法,从发展基础、规模、环境及潜力等维度评价其现代服务业竞争力。研究表明:珠三角经济圈城市群现代服务业竞争力整体呈上升趋势;广州和深圳的主导示范效应是区域竞争力差异显著的主要原因,而其余各市的俱乐部型发展模式是区域竞争力差距缩小的关键因素;发展环境是影响现代服务业竞争力的首因;在研究期内,各市现代服务业竞争力排名基本不变,名次轮换现象仅出现在广州和深圳、佛山和东莞两组城市中。建议稳步推进专属化服务型网络体系建设,不断提升城市联动能级并深化协作机制。

Based on the panel data of 9 cities in the Pearl River Delta Economic Circle from 2014 to 2019,this paper uses entropy-based TOPSIS approach to evaluate their competitiveness of modern service industry from the dimensions of development basis,scale,environment and potential.The research indicates that:the overall competitiveness of modern service industry in the Pearl River Delta Economic Circle urban agglomeration is on the rise.The leading demonstration effect of Guangzhou and Shenzhen is the main reason for the significant difference in regional competitiveness,while the club development mode of other cities is the key factor for narrowing the regional competitiveness gap.The development environment is the primary factor affecting the competitiveness of modern service industry.During the study period,the competitiveness ranking of each city was basically unchanged,rotation occurs only in Guangzhou and Shenzhen,Foshan and Dongguan.It is suggested to steadily promote the construction of exclusive service-oriented network system,continuously improve the level of urban linkage,and deepen the cooperation mechanism.
