南京江北新区产业发展背景下高职院校人才培养探究——基于SWOT分析法

Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Industry Development in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area:A SWOT Analysis

南京江北新区产业调整带来人才需求的变化。作为高技能人才供给主体,新区内高职院校具有熟悉新区产业政策及与企业地缘接近等优势,但也面临着人才培养周期长、专业设置与市场脱节的劣势。新区的快速发展、企业与高校合作意愿的增强成为新区内高职院校发展的难得机遇,但共享新区机遇的同时,高职院校也面临着自身和外部环境的挑战。高职院校要充分利用新区政府搭建的平台,与政府、企业开展深度合作,进一步创新发展理念,拓展高技能创新型人才培养途径,与新区实现互动发展。

Industry adjustments in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area has brought about changes in demand for talents.Higher vocational colleges in the New Area as the main body of talents supply have the advantages of being familiar with the industrial policies and being close to the enterprises and so on.However,there are also the disadvantages of long training cycle and disjointed specialty setting with the market.Both rapid development of the New Area and the enhancement of cooperation motivation between enterprises and colleges have become rare opportunities for the development of higher vocational colleges in the region,but they are also facing challenges from internal and external environment.Therefore,it’s vital for higher vocational colleges to make full use of the platform set up by the New Area government to carry out in-depth cooperation with the government and enterprises,further innovate development concept,expand the training approaches of high-level and high skilled innovative talents,so as to achieve the mutual driving development with Nanjing Jiangbei New Area.
