体育院校大学生产生心理危机的因素分析--以南京体育学院为例

Analysis on the Factors of College Students'Psychological Crisis--Taking Nanjing Institute of Physical Education as an Example

体育院校大学生作为特殊群体,心理危机源有其特性:非体育专业学生的心理危机比体育专业学生问题更加突出,面对压力时容易焦虑不安、逃避退缩、心理承受能力弱,自我调节能力差,情绪易波动且对人际关系较为敏感。导致学生产生心理危机的成因是多方面的,有学生自身的原因主要在于人格特质、认知偏差及挫折承受力弱等方面,外部原因主要来自学校、家庭、社会等。辅导员作为教育者、管理者及引路人,应及时关注学生的心理健康,分析诱因,及时进行心理疏导,做好发现者、参与者,联合专业人士干预学生心理危机,确保学生健康成长。

As a special group of college students,the source of psychological crisis has its own characteristics:the psychological crisis of non-sports students is more prominent than the problems of sports students.When faced with pressure,they are prone to anxiety,evasion,withdrawal,weak mental tolerance,and poor self-regulation ability.Emotions fluctuate easily and interpersonal relationships are more sensitive.There are many reasons for the psychological crisis of students,that is,the reasons for students are mainly due to personality traits,cognitive deviation and weak frustration tolerance,and the external reasons are mainly schools,families,and society.Counselors,as educators,managers and guides,should pay attention to their mental health in a timely manner,analyze the incentives,conduct psychological counseling in a timely manner,do a good job of discoverers and participants,and join professionals to intervene in psychological crises to ensure healthy growth of students.
