基于MOOC的高校民族传统体育翻转课堂探索与实践

摘要 该研究认为,教学模式单一、民族传统体育课程资源短缺等问题制约了民族传统体育校本课程建设和教学质量的全面提升。MOOC是翻转课堂的形象化与可视化,实现了课前学习模块和课中学习模块划分,“MOOC+翻转课堂”教学模式在民族传统体育知识技能转移方面的教学效果较好。该研究提出了开发国内民族传统体育公共MOOC平台;注重民族传统体育课堂实效,防范翻转课堂异化风险;注重评价创新,培养大学生民族传统体育核心素养等策略。 The research shows that the single problem of teaching mode and the shortage of traditional sports curriculum resources restrict the construction of school-based curriculum and the overall improvement of teaching quality of national traditional sports.MOOC is the visualization and visualization of flipped classroom,which realizes the division of pre class learning module and in class learning module."MOOC+flipped classroom"teaching mode has better teaching effect in the transfer of knowledge and skills of national traditional sports.This paper puts forward some strategies,such as developing the public MOOC platform of national traditional sports,paying attention to the actual effect of national traditional sports classroom,preventing the risk of alienation of flipped classroom,paying attention to evaluation innovation,and cultivating the core quality of national traditional sports of college students.
