摘要
随着全国乃至世界范围内儿童青少年身体活动水平的下降,身体活动成为影响身体健康的重要因素之一。受应试教育影响,高中阶段的学生,受到来自学业、教师及父母的各方面压力,心理问题日益显著,如何有效地管理情绪,成为影响高中生身心健康的重要因素。该文通过体育课程标准的落实和实施,在体育教学中增加体能练习环节,通过增加适当强度的体能练习,有效地干预学生的情绪,提高学生情绪管理的能力,从而促进学生身体与心理的双重健康。
With the decline in the level of physical activity of children and adolescents in China and even around the world,physical activity has become one of the important factors affecting physical health.Under the influence of examination-oriented education,high school students have increasingly significant psychological problems with the pressure from their studies,teachers and parents.How to effectively manage emotions has become an important factor affecting high school students'physical and mental health.Through the implementation and implementation of physical education curriculum standards,this paper increases physical exercise in physical education teaching,by increasing the appropriate intensity of physical exercise,effectively intervene in students'emotions,improve students'emotional management ability,so as to promote both physical and psychological health of students.
