Analysis on the Problems and Optimization Strategies of the Main Body of Supervision and Control of the Students'Physical Health Education Policy

由于学生体质健康教育政策大多通过标准、条文、办法的方式呈现,导致政策层次级别处于一个较低的水平,无法产生充足威慑力。基于此,文章以学生体质健康调查为切入点,阐述了学生体质健康教育政策监控主体的问题,剖析了学生体质健康教育政策监控主体的问题根源,并对学生体质健康教育政策监控主体问题的优化策略进行了分析。

Students'physical health education policy appears mostly through standards,articles and methods,which results in the low level of the policy level and can not produce sufficient deterrence.Based on this,the article takes the policy supervision and control of students'physical health education as the cut-in point,expounds the problems of the subject of policy supervision and control of students'physical health education,and analyzes the root causes of the problems of the subject of policy supervision and control of students'physical health education,furthermore,the optimization strategy of the main body problem of the students'physical health education policy monitoring was analyzed.
