Integration of Content Resources of Academic Journals under the Background of 5G

学术期刊内容资源是立刊之本.5G下互联网与大数据和人工智能的结合,形成了智能互联网,智能互联网与学术期刊出版结合的重点之一就是基于“智能互联网+出版”理论体系下学术期刊内容融合.针对当前学术期刊普遍存在对内容资源缺乏深度数字化加工而无法有效利用内容资源的情况,提出了依托5G+大数据技术,建设“数据驱动”和“智能驱动”共同作用的学术期刊内容资源挖掘与知识发现分析系统,并对内容资源进行准确、可靠、稳定的分类和聚类;利用人工智能出版多元化知识产品,将传统学术期刊内容资源进一步扩展为文献产品、知识产品、知识资源、知识工具、知识服务等,以此实现智能互联网下学术期刊内容资源的整合.

Content resources of academic journals are the foundation of the publication.In the 5G era,the combination of the Internet,big data and artificial intelligence has formed the intelligent Internet.One of the key points of integrating intelligent Internet and academic journal publishing is based on the integration of academic journals in the theoretical system of“intelligent Internet plus publication”.In view of the current situation that academic journals lack in-depth digital processing of content resources and are unable to make the most effective use of content resources,this paper proposes to build an academic journal content resource mining and knowledge discovery and analysis system based on 5G+big data technology,which is jointly driven by“data drive”and“intelligent drive”,and to classify and cluster content resources accurately,reliably and stably.By using AI to publish diversified knowledge products,the content resources of traditional academic journals are fur⁃ther expanded into literature products,knowledge products,knowledge resources,knowledge tools,knowledge services,etc.,so as to realize the integration of content resources of academic journals un⁃der the intelligent Internet.
