摘要
以高校青年外语教师教学能力不足为切入点,采用案例分析法和归纳法,以第十届“外教社杯”全国高校外语教学大赛为例,结合近年来高校外语教师发展的相关文献,对高校青年外语教师教学能力问题进行了研究,指出了提升教学能力的可行性路径。研究发现,青年外语教师在教学上仍存在语言教学理论理解不透彻、对教学对象分析不足、教学目标设置不明确、教学活动设计单一、教学时间分配不合理等问题。提出了提升青年外语教师教学能力的建议,即:加强青年教师培训力度,构建外语教师专业发展共同体,强化青年教师教学实践,健全青年教师评价、激励与监督机制等。
Referring to the 10th SFLEP national foreign language teaching contest and reviewing papers focused on teacher development of college foreign language teachers,common teaching problems of young teachers of foreign language are listed as insufficient understanding of language teaching theories,ambiguous teaching subjects analysis,unclear teaching objectives,outdated teaching design,improper teaching time allotment,etc.Therefore,more efforts should be put to enhance the teaching ability of young teachers of foreign languages through intensifying training,organizing professional development community for foreign language teachers,designing each class well in daily teaching as well as improving the evaluation and supervision mechanisms for young teachers.
