摘要
以某热力二次系统改造及水力平衡为工程背景,以解决用户高能耗且供热效果不佳为目的,主要通过更换换热站设备,进行二次管网流量、热力平衡调节,不仅解决用户冷热不均的问题,同时降低能耗。改造后,该系统节电率57.23%,节热率12.39%,节能效果显著。
In the background of taking the reconstruction of a thermal secondary system and hydraulic balance,in order to solve the high energy consumption of users and poor heating effect,the main measures to replace the heat exchange station equipment and perform secondary pipe network flow and thermal balance were taken.It not only solves the problem of uneven heating and cooling,but also effectively reduces energy consumption.After the reform,the energy saving rate is 57.23%,the heat saving rate is 12.57%,and the energy saving effect is significant.
