基于科学量化指标体系下的失水治理技术应用

摘要 热力系统失水是很难避免的,失水大小受到管网状况、环境因素、计量管理、人员管理、技术方法、运行调节等多方面因素的影响。其危害不仅造成热能和水的浪费,运营成本的增加,还威胁到供热系统的安全平稳运行,尤其是一级网直接补水系统。因此,失水指标也成为各供热单位重要的管理和考核指标之一。失水治理工作也是供热单位重要的工作,基本上伴随着整个采暖期。寻找有效的失水治理措施和方法是各供热单位努力的工作方向。本文以大庆宝石花热力有限公司的失水治理为例,探讨失水治理措施和方法应用。 The amount of water loss in the thermal system is affected by many factors such as the status of the pipe network,environmental factors,measurement management,personnel management,technical methods and operation adjustments,etc.It’s not only causes the waste of thermal energy and water but also increases the operating cost.Furthermore,it will also threaten the safe and stable operation of the heating system,especially the direct water supplement system of the primary network.Therefore,the water loss index has become one of the important managements and assessment indexes for each heating company.The treatment of water loss is also an important work for heating companies,which basically accompanies the entire heating period.Finding effective water loss control measures and methods is the work direction of all heating companies.This article takes the treatment of water loss in Daqing Baoshihua Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.as an example to discuss water loss treatment measures and method applications.
