我国老年临终关怀研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of research on hospice care for the elderly in China

目的:分析近年来我国老年临终关怀领域的研究现状,探索该领域的研究热点及趋势。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普数据库的文献,利用可视化分析软件CiteSpace对近年来我国老年临终关怀研究绘制主题词科学知识图谱,进行可视化分析,探讨作者、机构分布、文献发表时间、期刊分布状况以及关键词,分析老年临终关怀领域的研究热点和领域结构。结果:共纳入130篇文献,发文量总体呈逐年上升趋势,研究热点主要集中对恶性肿瘤老年人临终关怀,载文量最多的期刊是《中医药管理杂志》,养老机构临终关怀服务是目前的研究趋势。结论:近年来老年临终关怀的关注度呈持续上升趋势,对患有晚期肿瘤的老年临终病人应用临终关怀对病人及其家属的生活质量及心理状态的影响成为该领域目前的研究热点及趋势。

Objective:To analyze the research status quo of elderly hospice care in China in recent years,and to explore hotspots and trends of research in this field.Methods:Literature published in CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database were retrieved,and the visual analysis software CiteSpace was used to draw the scientific knowledge map of subject words for the research of hospice care for the elderly in China in recent years.The visual analysis was carried out to explore the author,institution distribution,literature publication time,the distribution of journals and keywords,analysis of research hotspots and field structure in the field of hospice care for the elderly.Results:A total of 130 articles were included,and the overall volume of publications was increasing year by year.The research hotspots mainly focused on hospice care for the elderly with malignant tumors.The journal with the most papers was the Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine Management,and hospice care was the current research trend.Conclusions:In recent years,the attention of hospice care for the elderly has been on the rise.The effect of hospice care on the quality of life and psychological states of patients and their families has become the current research focus and trend in this field.
