摘要 目的观察基于质量敏感指标改进的管理模式在消毒供应室规范管理中的应用。方法该院消毒供应室于2020年1月针对29名工作人员开展基于质量敏感指标改进的管理模式方法,应用于(2020年1—6月时期)1274批次消毒物品管理,设置为管理后。而相对于既往消毒供应室规范管理(2019年6—12月时期)针对29名工作人员1219批次消毒物品管理,设置为管理前。对照管理前后问题与发生时间段、护理人员护理质量评分、管理满意度。结果管理前共计发生57次问题,管理后发生4次问题,在发生问题的各类项目中,管理后明显少于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理前护理缺陷发生率较高的时间段为交接班、中午,管理后护理缺陷明显减少,但交接班依然为高发时间段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后护理人员在风险防范意识、消毒质量、护理文书书写、物品标示、包装质量的各项护理质量评分均高于管理前。管理前总满意率为86.21%,管理后总满意率为100.00%,管理后高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室规范管理中实施基于质量敏感指标改进的管理模式,可明显降低管理后的问题发生率,提升护理人员在消毒供应室的工作中的风险防范意识,有效改善消毒质量,更加完善护理文书书写,明确物品标示,加强包装质量,并有效提升了护理人员在消毒供应室工作中接受管理的满意率,提升管理配合,获得更好的效果。但管理仍存在着不足,交接班时,仍然是问题发生的高风险时段,因此应继续加强质量敏感指标改进管理。 Objective To observe the application analysis of the improved management model based on quality sensitive indicators in the standardized management of the disinfection supply room.Methods In January 2020,the disinfection supply room of the hospital carried out a management model method based on the improvement of quality sensitive indicators for 29 staff.It was applied to the management of 1274 batches of disinfection items(from January to June 2020),set as post-management.Compared with the previous standardized management of the disinfection supply room(from June to December 2019),the management of 1219 batches of disinfection items for 29 staff,set as pre-management.Compared the problems before and after management and the time of occurrence,the nursing staff's nursing quality score,and the management satisfaction.Results A total of 57 problems occurred before management,and 4 problems occurred after management.Among all kinds of projects where problems occurred,after management was significantly less than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time periods when the incidence of nursing defects were higher before management were shift shift and noon.After management,nursing deficiencies were significantly reduced,but the shift period was still high,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the management,the nursing staff's various nursing quality scores in risk prevention awareness,disinfection quality,nursing document writing,article labeling,and packaging quality were all higher than those before management.The total satisfaction rate before management was 86.21%,and the total satisfaction rate after management was 100.00%,which was higher than that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the standardized management of the disinfection supply room,the implementation of a management model based on the improvement of quality sensitive indicators can significantly reduce the incidence of problems after management,enhance the nurses’awareness of risk prevention in the work of the disinfection supply room,and effectively improve disinfection quality,more complete nursing documentation,clear labeling of items,enhance packaging quality,and effectively improve the satisfaction rate of nursing staff in the management of the disinfection supply room,improve management cooperation,and obtain better results.However,there are still shortcomings in management,and the shift is still a high-risk period when problems occur.Therefore,we should continue to strengthen quality sensitive indicators to improve management.
