摘要 目的了解烟台市公立医院医务人员的工作满意度,以进一步完善医务人员管理机制。方法对2019年1—6月采用分层随机抽样方法,对烟台市6所公立医院1200名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果调查对象工作满意度水平低,工作量、工作报酬、工作环境、职业风险、医院管理是影响工作满意度的主要因素。结论要创新医疗机构管理模式,重视医务人员人文关怀,建立医学信用体系,加强精准化医院安保体系建设,提高医保门诊报销比例,逐步提高医务人员的工作满意度。 Objective To understand the job satisfaction of medical staff in public hospitals in Yantai,so as to further improve the management mechanism of medical staff.Methods From January to June 2019,a stratified random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 1200 medical staff in 6 public hospitals in Yantai City.Results The job satisfaction level of survey subjects was low;workload,work remuneration,working environment,occupational risks,and hospital management were the main factors affecting job satisfaction.Conclusion It is necessary to innovate the management model of medical institutions,attach importance to the humanistic care of medical staff,establish a medical credit system,strengthen the construction of a precision hospital security system,increase the proportion of medical insurance outpatient reimbursement,and gradually improve the job satisfaction of medical staff.
