老年心脑血管疾病患者自我管理现状及社区干预效果

The Status Quo of Self-management of Elderly Patients with Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases and the Effect of Community Intervention

目的对老年心血管疾病患者自我管理现状及社区干预效果进行探究和分析。方法研究时间从2018年2月—2020年2月,将该社区医院35名医务人员纳为研究对象,在2018年2月—2019年2月期间,医务人员未对老年心脑血管疾病患者实施社区干预,从2019年3月—2020年2月期间,医务人员开始实施社区干预,同时在实施前后分别随机纳入165例老年心血管疾病患者展开调查分析,针对实施前后的干预效果进行对比。结果实施后,患者病情监测、合理搭配营养、自我控制情绪、正确使用检测仪器以及合理运动评分结果均较实施前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理功能、躯体功能、物质功能以及社会功能均较实施前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医务人员沟通能力、主动服务、服务礼仪、健康教育评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者满意度显著较实施前更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用社区干预措施能够促进老年心脑血管疾病患者的自我管理能力的提升,同时也有助于提高医务人员工作质量,患者满意度也会随之升高,应用价值突出。

Objective To explore and analyze the current situation of self-management of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease and the effect of community intervention.Methods The research period was from February 2018 to February 2020,and 35 medical staff in this community hospital were included as the research subjects.During the period from February 2018 to February 2019,medical staff did not perform treatment on elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases community intervention.From March 2019 to February 2020,medical staff began to implement community intervention.At the same time,165 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease were randomly included before and after the implementation to conduct investigation and analysis,and the effects of the intervention before and after the implementation were compared.Results After the implementation,the patient's condition monitoring,reasonable nutrition,self-control of emotions,correct use of testing equipment,and reasonable exercise scores were significantly improved compared with before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);psychological,physical,material,and social functions were all significantly higher before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);medical staff’s communication skills,active service,service etiquette,and health education scores were all higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);patient satisfaction was significantly higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of community interventions can promote the improvement of the self-management ability of elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and also help improve the quality of medical staff's work.Patient satisfaction will also increase with the application value being outstanding.
