摘要
“三龄二历”是干部人事档案的重要组成部分,是反映档案所有人工作、生活经历的历史记录,是公立医院开展职称评聘、人事任免、人员交流调动、退休办理等工作的审核依据。但目前国内公立医院档案管理工作中,仍旧存在干部人事档案“三龄二历”信息失准的情况,为单位内部人力资源管理工作的开展带来较大困难。该文主要通过分析公立医院干部人事档案“三龄二历”审核中暴露出的一些问题,提出相应对策,希望借此促进公立医院干部人事档案管理工作更规范地开展。
"Three ages and two calendars"is an important part of the personnel files of cadres.It is a historical record reflecting the work and life experience of the file owner.It is a public hospital to carry out job title evaluation,personnel appointment and dismissal,personnel exchanges and transfers,retirement management,etc.The basis for the review.However,in the current domestic public hospital file management work,there is still a situation of inaccurate information in the"three ages and two calendars"of cadre personnel files,which brings greater difficulties to the development of internal human resource management work in the unit.This article mainly analyzes some of the problems exposed in the"three-age,two-caliber"review of public hospital cadres'personnel files,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,hoping to promote the management of public hospital cadres'personnel files in a more standardized manner.
