输血安全管理在消化科消化道出血患者中的价值

摘要 目的评价消化科消化道出血患者输血管理中,输血安全管理的重要价值。方法取本院消化科2018年7月-2020年7月,收治的106例消化道出血患者组织参与研究,并根据输血方法不同,将所有患者平均分组,每组各53例,其中行常规基础输血管理的患者为1组,行输血安全管理的患者为2组,随之比较输血操作质量、安全管理质量及相关管理人员安全管理质量水平、评估疗效、随访输血并发症,并行具体分析。结果干预后,输血管理质量均提高,两组质量比较,2组质量更佳(p<0.05);干预后,患者并发症发生率比较,相比1组,2组较低(p<0.05);干预后,患者治疗总有效率比较,相比1组,2组较高(p<0.05)。结论消化科消化道出血患者输血治疗中,输血安全管理有其特殊优势,可提升输血管理质量,从而提高输血治疗效果,降低或预防并发症,值得应用。 Objective To evaluate the important value of blood transfusion safety management in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding in gastroenterology department.Methods From July 2018 to July 2020 in the Gastroenterology Department of our hospital,106 patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage who were admitted to participate in the study,and according to different blood transfusion methods,all patients were divided into groups,53 cases in each group,and 1 group of patients for routine basis blood transfusion management,and 2 group of patients for blood transfusion safety management.Then compare the quality of blood transfusion operation,safety management quality and the safety management quality level of related managers,evaluate the curative effect,follow up blood transfusion complications,and analyze specifically.Results After the intervention,the quality of blood transfusion management was improved.Compared with the quality of the two groups,the quality of the two groups was better(p<0.05);after the intervention,the complication rate of patients was compared with that of the first group,and the second group was lower(p<0.05);After the intervention,the total effective rate of the patient's treatment was compared,compared with the 1 group,the 2 group was higher(p<0.05).Conclusion In the blood transfusion treatment of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding in the gastroenterology department,blood transfusion safety management has its special advantages,which can improve the quality of blood transfusion management,thereby improving the effect of blood transfusion treatment and reducing or preventing complications.It is worthy of application.
