药品采购供应管理中PDCA循环理念的应用价值

Application Value of PDCA Cycle Concept in Drug Purchase and Supply Management

目的探讨PDCA循环理念在药品采购供应管理中应用效果。方法于2018年7月—2020年12月选取1000份药品采购供应管理资料与40名此期间在该院药品部任职工作人员,根据不同管理模式对其进行分组,将2018年7月—2019年7月应用传统管理模式的500份药品资料,20名工作人员作为对照组,将2019年8月—2020年12月应用PDCA循环理念管理模式的500份药品资料,20名工作人员作为研究组,比较两组管理效果。结果研究组药品使用有效率99.40%、去向明确率99.20%与对照组相比较高,不合格报损率0.80%、复核差错率1.00%与对照组相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组药品采购评分(93.45±5.11)分、药物储备评分(92.56±6.55)分、药学服务评分(93.57±5.28)分与对照组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组药品供应不及时率1.60%、药效失效率0.40%、配送不及时率2.00%、配发不及时率1.80%与对照组相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在药品采购供应管理中,应用PDCA循环理念可提高药品管理水平,降低药品采购不合格率,减少药品损耗,对确保医院医疗质量发挥重要作用。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle concept in drug procurement and supply management.Methods The subjects were 1000 pieces of drug procurement and supply management materials and 40 cases of staff who worked in the drug department of the hospital from July 2018 to December 2020.They were grouped according to different management models,and they were grouped from July 2018 to July 2019,500 drug materials were used in the traditional management model,and 20 staff members were used as the control group.From August 2019 to December 2020,500 drug materials were used in the PDCA cycle concept management mode,and 20 staff members were used as the study group.Two groups of management effects were compared.Results The effective rate of drug use in the study group was 99.40%,and the definite rate of whereabouts was 99.20%.Compared with the control group,the unqualified report loss rate was 0.80%and the review error rate was 1.00%.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The drug purchase score(93.45±5.11)points,drug reserve score(92.56±6.55)points,and pharmaceutical service score(93.57±5.28)points of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The untimely drug supply rate of the study group was 1.60%,the drug failure rate was 0.40%,the untimely delivery rate was 2.00%,and the untimely distribution rate 1.80%was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of drug procurement and supply,the application of the PDCA cycle concept can improve the level of drug management,reduce the unqualified rate of drug purchases,and reduce the loss of drugs,which plays an important role in ensuring the quality of hospital medical care.
