摘要
目的探讨不同带教模式在心胸外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月在该院心胸外科实习的50名护生作为研究对象,将心胸外科护生以随机数字表法的方式分成两组,研究组心胸外科护生25名采用微课联合基于问题的教学方法,对照组25名心胸外科护生采用常规教学方法,将两组心胸外科护生的教学成果进行考核后对比分析。结果带教后的研究组心胸外科护生的心胸外科护理技能成绩、理论知识成绩以及自我能力评分显著高于对照组心胸外科护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心胸外科护理带教中使用微课联合基于问题的教学方法,可以提升护生的技能、理论知识掌握度,提高自我能力,值得在心胸外科教学中推广和使用。
Objective To explore the application effects of different teaching modes in cardiothoracic surgery nursing teaching.Methods Select 50 nursing students who were in the cardiothoracic surgery practice in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 as the research objects.The cardiothoracic surgery nurses were divided into two groups by a random number table method.The study group was 25 cardiothoracic surgery nurses.25 students in cardiothoracic surgery in the control group adopted conventional teaching methods,and the teaching results of the two groups of cardiothoracic surgery nurse students were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of cardiothoracic surgery nursing skills,theoretical knowledge,and self-ability scores of the study group of cardiothoracic nursing students after teaching were significantly higher than those of the control group of cardiothoracic surgery nursing students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of micro-classes combined with problem-based teaching methods in cardiothoracic surgery nursing teaching can improve nursing students'skills,mastery of theoretical knowledge,and improve self-ability.It is worthy of promotion and use in cardiothoracic surgery teaching.
