情景模拟教学法在神经康复科护理带教中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究情景模拟教学法在神经康复科护理带教中的应用价值。方法选择2019年5月—2020年5月于该院神经康复科实习的60名护理学生(护生)为研究对象,经随机数表法将所有护生分为参比组、研究组各30名,分别予以传统教学法及情景模拟教学法,比较两组护生在护理带教中的考核成绩、自主学习能力及对教学效果的评价。结果研究组理论成绩与临床综合能力成绩均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护生自主学习能力各项评分均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护生对教学效果评价的各项评分均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以神经康复科护生情景模拟教学法利于护生学习成绩、自主学习能力提高,进而提高教学质量,可行推广及应用。 Objective To explore the application value of scenario simulation teaching method in nursing teaching in neurorehabilitation department.Methods Selected 60 nursing students(nursing students)who practiced in the neurorehabilitation department of the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 as object.All the nursing students were divided into reference group and study group with 30 students each by the random number table method.They were given traditional teaching method and scenario simulation teaching method respectively.The assessment results,independent learning ability and the evaluation of the teaching effect of the two groups of nursing students in nursing teaching were compared.Results The study group's theoretical scores and clinical comprehensive ability scores were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of independent learning ability of nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the nursing students in the study group on the teaching effect evaluation were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational simulation teaching method for nursing students in the neurorehabilitation department is beneficial to the improvement of nursing students'academic performance and autonomous learning ability,thereby improving the quality of teaching.
