心脏康复护理专硕研究生培养与专科护士培训衔接的可行性分析

The Feasibility Analysis of Linking up the Training of Postgraduates in Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing with Master's Degree and the Training of Specialist Nurses

随着我国医学分科的不断细化和护理专业化的快速发展,人们对于高层次的专科护理人才提出了更高的要求。但目前我国护理硕士专业学位研究生教育尚处于起步阶段,缺乏明确的专科性和职业性,鉴于此,该文基于国家政策导向,探讨心脏康复护理硕士专业学位研究生与心肺康复护理专科护士对接的可行性分析,以期为我国培养高层次的心脏康复专业人才提供思路和建议。

With the continuous refinement of medical divisions and the rapid development of nursing specialization in China,people have put forward higher requirements for high-level specialist nursing talents.However,the current postgraduate education of the master of nursing degree in our country is still in its infancy and lacks clear specialization and professionalism.In view of this,the caticle based on the national policy orientation,explored the feasibility analysis of the connection between the postgraduates of the master of cardiac rehabilitation nursing and the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation nursing specialist,in order to provide ideas and suggestions for the training of high-level cardiac rehabilitation professionals in our country.
