Analysis of the Death Cause Monitoring Data of Residents in Changyi District,Jilin City in 2019

目的了解吉林市昌邑区居民2019年的死因构成比并分析主要折损居民寿命的死因,掌握疾病的流行趋势,为制订卫生政策提供科学依据,以达到提高民众的人均寿命的目标。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统中的全死因监测系统收集2019年昌邑区死因监测数据,采用ICD-10对人群死因进行分类,并计算人群总死亡率、因果死亡率和死亡构成比。结果2019年吉林市昌邑区的死亡数目总计4238人。其中包含男性死亡2473人,女性死亡有1765人。恶性肿瘤和心脑血管疾病是危害昌邑民众健康的最大杀手,死亡病例占全死因的72.61%。结论恶性肿瘤和循环系统疾病等是吉林市昌邑区人民死亡的主要原因,应加强对慢性病综合防控。

Objective To understand the proportion of death causes of residents in Changyi District of Jilin City in 2019,analyze the main causes of death that reduce the life of residents,grasp the epidemic trend of diseases,and provide a scientific basis for formulating health policies to achieve the goal of increasing the life expectancy of the people.Methods Used the full cause of death monitoring system in the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System to collect the death cause monitoring data in Changyi District in 2019,used ICD-10 to classify the population's cause of death,and calculated the population's total mortality,death cause-specific mortality,and death composition ratio.Results In 2019,the total number of deaths in Changyi District,Jilin City was 4238.Among them,there were 2473 male deaths and 1765 female deaths.Malignant tumors and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were the biggest killers that endanger the health of the people in Changyi,with deaths accounting for 72.61%of all deaths.Conclusion Malignant tumors and circulatory system diseases are the main causes of death in Changyi District of Jilin City.Comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases should be strengthened.
