摘要
为筛选出适合福州本地栽培的优良草菇品种,对20个草菇品种的菌丝生长特性、出菇特性、生物学效率等进行了比较试验。结果表明,20个供试菌株遗传差异显著,菌株V1296、V1295、上海草菇三个菌株在菌丝长势、生长速度、商品性、耐储性及产量方面综合表现较好,可作为福州地区生产应用的菌株。
Experiment of 20 quality varieties of Volvariella colvacea was conducted to select the suitable one for local culture based on their characteristics of mycelial growth,producing mushroom and biological efficiency.The results indicated that strains“V1296”“V1295”and“Shanghaicaogu”have the best comprehensive performance in mycelial growth,growth speed,commercial storage resistance and yield,and can be recommended to be cultured in production in Fuzhou area.
