T23钢水冷壁管排焊后热处理工艺研究

摘要 T23钢广泛用于电厂锅炉水冷壁、过热器等部位,但其焊接接头失效现象屡有发生。文章就T23钢焊接接头失效原因进行了综合探讨,认为传统焊后热处理工艺有待改进。通过四组不同型号加热块对水冷壁管排进行焊后热处理模拟试验,获得优化后的热处理工艺,并对焊接接头取样进行拉伸试验、弯曲试验、冲击试验、硬度和金相检测。优化后的热处理工艺解决了水冷壁管排施工过程中由于热处理装置布置困难,造成管壁温差大、热处理效果不理想等问题。 The failure causes of welded joint of T23 Steel are comprehensively discussed.It is considered that the traditional post weld heat treatment process needs to be improved.Four groups of different types of heating blocks were used to simulate the post weld heat treatment of water wall tube bank,and the optimized heat treatment process was obtained.The welded joints were sampled for tensile test,bending test,impact test,hardness and metallographic examination.The optimized heat treatment process solves the problems of large temperature difference and unsatisfactory heat treatment effect due to the difficult arrangement of heat treatment devices in the construction process of water wall tube bank.
