摘要
三通装置在火力发电厂输煤系统中大量使用,起到了连接上下游胶带机物料交叉分流作用,文章通过对某工程电动三通装置的电气控制回路问题的描述、回溯问题产生的原因,提出解决该问题的三种方案并结合现场情况对各方案利弊对比分析,给出最终解决方案,最后对设备采购时的控制方案要求给出建议。
T chutes are widely used in coal handling system of fossil-fired power plant,which have played the role of cross-diversion of coal connecting the upstream and downstream belt conveyor.Through the analysis of the problems of T chute control circuit and the corresponding causes,three schemes are put forward to solve the problems.Comparative analysis for the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are conducted so as to achieve the final solution.Finally,some suggestions are given for the control scheme of the equipment when ordered.
