摘要
为研究500 kV半复合横担形式塔头外绝缘电气特性,采用真型构架,模拟系统操作过电压和雷电冲击电压开展塔头间隙放电特性试验,获得放电特性及放电路径分布特征。针对500 kV半复合横担紧缩型杆塔绝缘子试品,在人工环境气候实验室开展复合横担绝缘子表面不同亲水性和弱憎水性条件下的50%耐受电压试验,获得500 kV复合横担绝缘子污耐压特性,提出500 kV半复合横担形式塔头的电气间隙和绝缘配合建议。研究思路和结果能够为500 kV紧缩型铁塔设计提供理论依据。
Composite materials are one of the ideal materials for constructing transmission tower due to the light weight,high strength,corrosion resistance,good insulation performance and other advantages.In order to obtain the discharge characteristic parameters and discharge path distribution characteristics,system overvoltage and lightning impulse voltage are simulated to the air clearance discharge characteristic tests of 500 kV half composite cross-arm.The 50%of withstand voltage tests of 500 kV half composite cross-arm frameworks under hydrophilic and weak hydrophobic conditions are carried out in the artificial climate chamber.According to the test results,pollution withstand voltage characteristic of composite cross-arm frameworks is obtained.The suggestion of electrical clearance and insulation coordination of 500 kV half composite cross-arm tower is put forward,which provides theoretical basis for the design of 500 kV compact tower.
