摘要
为解决分布式风力发电输出功率的间歇性对电网产生较大的冲击及其产能过大造成的能量浪费等问题,设计一种无储能型微电网系统进行风力发电输出电能的多级调度。提出一种针对该微电网系统的分层控制方法,控制系统通过逐层对微电网系统电能的控制调度,减小风力发电间歇性导致的大功率波动并解决产能过剩的问题。最后,采用Matlab/Simulink软件对所提方法进行仿真实验,结果表明,所提控制方法能有效降低风力发电的功率波动对电网的影响,有效解决风力发电产能过剩的问题。
In order to solve the problems of the intermittent output power of distributed wind power generation on the power grid and the energy waste caused by overcapacity,this paper designs a non-energy storage type micro-grid system for wind power output level scheduling.This article proposes a hierarchical control method for the micro-grid system.The control system controls and dispatches the electrical energy of the micro-grid system layer by layer to reduce the high power fluctuations caused by the intermittent wind power generation and solve the problem of overcapacity.Finally,Matlab/Simulink software is used to simulate the proposed method.The results show that the proposed control method can effectively reduce the impact of wind power fluctuations on the power grid,and effectively solve the problem of overcapacity in wind power generation.
