Improvement of the Quality of Fuselage-Wing Butt-joint of XX Aircraft Based on Six Sigma Management

本文以某型飞机机身机翼对接工序为例,通过对机身机翼对接缺陷的数据进行分析对比,阐述了运用六西格玛质量工具分析机身机翼对接过程中存在的质量问题、制定改进措施从而提升产品质量的方法。

Taking the fuselage-wing butt-joint process of XX aircraft as an example,this paper analyzes and compares the defective data in fuselage-wing butt-joint to introduce the method that the six sigma management tool is applied to analyze quality problems in the fuselage-wing butt-joint and to draw up improvement measures for product quality upgrading.
