冷凝器流道划分比例对换热效率的影响研究

摘要 本文建立了典型冷凝器的仿真模型,使用试验数据进行对比分析,在误差允许范围内计算冷凝器流道划分比例对换热效率的影响。计算结果表明,在同等制冷剂入口参数下,通过过冷度评价换热效率,沿制冷剂流动方向依次递减的设置流道划分比例,能够最大程度的增加冷凝器的换热效率。 With the simulation model of typical condenser established in this paper,the test data are used for comparative analysis while the influence of condenser flow dividing ratio on the heat exchanger efficiency is calculated within the allowable error range.When the refrigerant inlet parameters are equivalent,the heat exchanger efficiency is evaluated via degree of super cooling.The calculation result shows that the heat exchanger efficiency of the condenser can be enhanced in maximum if the flow dividing ratio is set to gradual decrease along the flowing direction of refrigerant.
