三峡库区移民社区公共空间景观偏好——以重庆万州周家坝街道为例

Landscape Preference of Immigrant Communities'Public Space in Three Gorges Reservoir Area:A Case Study of Zhoujiaba Street in Wanzhou of Chongqing

三峡库区移民社区具有特殊的环境特征和特定的使用主体,社区公共空间景观偏好是研究移民社区环境质量和人地关系的重要抓手。文章针对三峡库区移民社区空间品质低下、移民群体景观需求无法得到满足的问题,以重庆万州周家坝社区为具体对象,运用"生理-行为-心理"的评价框架,借助偏好量表和实地调研分析三峡库区移民社区在不同维度上的景观偏好特征,结果发现:与普通社区相比,三峡库区移民社区在生理偏好上的差异不明显,但在行为和心理偏好上的差异较为突出;此外,移民搬迁方式和年龄结构对景观偏好也有显著影响。最后,针对研究结果提出相应的社区景观更新建议。

The immigrant communities in the Three Gorges Reservoir area have special environmental characteristics and specific users.The landscape preference in the community public space is an important perspective to study the environmental quality and the relationship between human and land in immigrant communities.In view of the problems such as the low spatial quality of the immigrant communities in the Three Gorges Reservoir area and the landscape needs of the immigrant groups can not be met,the paper takes Zhoujiaba Community in Wanzhou of Chongqing as the specific object,and uses the evaluation framework of“physiology-behavior-psychology”to analyze the characteristics of landscape preference of the immigrant communities in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area in different dimensions by adopting preference scale and field survey.The results show that,compared with ordinary communities,the immigrant communities in the Three Gorges Reservoir area show unobvious differences in physiological preferences but the more prominent differences in behavioral and psychological preferences.At the same time,the paper discusses the significant influence of migration mode and age structure on landscape preference,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for community landscape renewal.
