基于用地适宜性评价的福州滨海游憩空间发展策略

Development Strategy of Coastal Recreation Space in Fuzhou Based on Land Use Suitability Evaluation

文章基于GIS对福州滨海游憩空间进行用地适宜性综合评价研究。研究结果表明:1)福州滨海游憩空间分为旅游度假型、公园绿地型、文化型和商业型4个类型。2)旅游度假型的Ⅰ级适宜区主要分布在沿海线区域,公园绿地型在县(市)中心形成了3个Ⅰ级适宜区,且在沿海线区域也有广泛分布;文化型和商业型的Ⅰ级适宜区基本相同,都主要出现在县(市)中心。3)对各类I级适宜区所占面积前30名的乡镇进行统计并确定了不同乡镇的游憩空间发展主导类型。最后,根据研究结果探讨了福州滨海游憩空间发展策略。

This paper carries out the research on land use suitability evaluation with an eye to Fuzhou coastal recreation space by using GIS.The research comes to the following three conclusion:1)Fuzhou's coastal recreation space is categorized into four categories,i.e.,tourism vacation space,park green space,cultural space and commercial space;2)The I-level suitable area of tourism vacation space is mainly distributed along the coastal areas,there are 3 I-level suitable areas of park green spaces in the center of counties or cities and also along the coastal areas,while the I-level suitable area of culture spaces and commercial spaces are similarly concentrated in the county(city)center;3)Statistics analysis is conducted for the top 30 towns in terms of the I-level suitable area to determine the dominant categories of recreation space development in different townships.Based on the research results,the paper discusses how the research results contribute to the development of Fuzhou's coastal recreation space.
