真空断路器分合闸时间在线测量方法的研究

Research on Online Measuring Method of Opening and Closing Time of Vacuum Circuit-breakers

真空断路器在电力系统中应用广泛。频繁的操作可能会导致断路器发生机械或电气故障,而通过断路器分合闸时间的测量可有效掌握断路器的状态。基于高压带电显示器,提出了一种分合闸时间在线测量的方法。现场试验结果证明了该方法测量断路器分合闸时间的准确性和有效性。

Vacuum circuit-breakers are widely used in power systems. Frequent operation may cause mechanical or electrical failure of the circuit breaker. The state of the circuit breaker can be effectively detected by measuring the opening and closing time. Based on high-voltage presence indicating systems, an on-line measurement method of measuring opening and closing time is designed in this paper. The field application proves the accuracy and effectiveness of the method for measuring the opening and closing time of the circuit breaker.
