发电机励磁碳刷及滑环故障分析及处理 被引量:1

摘要 湛江中粤能源有限公司发电机励磁碳刷电流分布不均,满负荷的情况下,部分碳刷电流高达150 A,而部分碳刷电流低至10 A以下;同时部分励磁碳刷振动异常升高,导致碳刷在运行中易崩角,使励磁刷握的恒压弹簧振动断裂。该情况导致了滑环及高电流碳刷温度可高达200℃以上,使得励磁碳刷有因高温而着火的风险,严重危及发电机机组的安全运行,因此简要分析其原因,并提出解决方法。 Zhanjiang Zhongyue Energy Co., Ltd. generator excitation carbon brush current is unevenly distributed. Under full load, some carbon brush currents are as high as 150 A, but some carbon brush currents are as low as 10 A. At the same time, the vibration of some excitation carbon brushes is abnormally high, which causes the carbon brushes to be easily chipped during operation, and the constant pressure spring of the excitation brush holder vibrates and breaks. This situation has caused the temperature of the slip ring and the high-current carbon brush as high as 200 ℃. The excitation carbon brush may catch fire due to high temperature, which seriously endangers the safe operation of the generator set. Therefore, the reasons are briefly analyzed and the solutions are put forward.
