复合GIS信息的电网接线图自动成图方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 电力调度专业人员在日常工作中会大量使用电网潮流图和地理接线图,两者各有优劣,无法互相取代。为此提出了一种复合GIS信息的电网接线图自动成图方法。首先通过CIM/E技术标准对带有地理信息的电网结构信息(线路和厂站数据)进行导入,然后根据线路和厂站地理坐标通过研究复合GIS信息的电网接线图自动成图算法进行抽象和拓扑简化,实现问题的求解。改进后的复合GIS信息的电网接线图,能在固定枢纽节点的基础上,兼顾相对地理位置精确和厂站密度合理。接线图在保持潮流图传统信息显示的基础上,实现天气、雷电、故障测距、线路三跨、人员位置等信息的同步展示。该方法已应用于重庆市调调度协同监控平台下一代电网接线图的研究上,能提高电网接线图的实用性和自动成图效率,解决调度工作中的实际问题。 Power dispatching professionals use a lot of power grid flow diagrams and geographic wiring diagrams in their daily work, both of which have their own advantages and disadvantages and cannot replace each other. Firstly, the grid structure information(line and station data) with geographic information is imported through CIM/E technical standard. Then, according to the geographic coordinates of line and station, the automatic mapping algorithm of grid wiring diagram with composite GIS information is abstracted and topologically simplified to solve the problem. The improved grid wiring diagram with composite GIS information can balance the accuracy of relative geographic location and reasonable plant density on the basis of fixed hub nodes. On the basis of maintaining the traditional information display of the trend diagram, the wiring diagram realizes the simultaneous display of information such as weather, lightning, fault location, line three-span, and personnel location. This method has been applied to the research of the next generation power grid wiring diagram of the Chongqing Municipal Dispatching Cooperative Monitoring Platform, which can improve the practicability of the power grid wiring diagram and the efficiency of automatic drawing, and solve the practical problems in the dispatching work.
