基于模块化设计的负控终端综合测试仪

摘要 对负控终端通信接口的检测是负荷控制管理系统故障诊断的主要内容。为改善现有负控终端通信接口检测明显存在的难度大、耗时长、效率低等问题,研制了一种基于模块化设计的负控终端综合测试仪。各项测试功能的模块化可大幅缩短接线和检测时间,带触控功能的液晶屏能简化人机交互过程,降低接口检测难度,此外通过配置备用电源和照明装置实现对负控终端的临时供电,手提箱式的外观设计方便了运维人员的携带。前期测试和现场使用的良好效果表明,该负控终端综合测试仪可有效提高检测效率、降低运维成本,具有一定研究意义和工程价值。 The detection of load control terminal(LCT)communication interface is the main content of fault diagnosis in load control management system.To improve the existing obvious problems in LCT communication interface detection,such as difficult,time-consuming and inefficient,a load control terminal comprehensive detector(LCTCD)based on modular design is developed.The modularization of various detect functions can greatly shorten the time in wiring and test,and the LCD with touch function can simplify the process of human-computer interaction and reduce the difficulty of interface detection.In addition,the temporary power supply to the load control terminal is realized by configuring the backup power supply and lighting device.The suitcase-like appearance design is convenient for the operation and maintenance personnel to carry.The good results of the preliminary test and on-site use show that the negative control terminal comprehensive tester can effectively improve the detection efficiency and reduce the operation and maintenance cost,and has certain research significance and engineering value.
