摘要
MMJ即电缆模注熔接接头,该技术使用与电缆一样的原材料,现场制作以恢复电缆本体结构,形成了无应力锥、无活动界面的熔融结构电缆接头。对一起110 kV MMJ高压电缆接头击穿故障进行分析,针对MMJ技术在应用过程中暴露出的问题提出了相应的防范措施,可为相关单位提供一定借鉴。
MMJ(mould melt joint)is the cable injection fusion joint.This technology uses the same raw materials as the cable to fabricate and restore the cable body structure on site,forming a fusion structure cable joint with no stress cone and no movable interface.A breakdown fault of 110 kV MMJ high voltage cable joint is analyzed.In view of the problems exposed in the application of MMJ technology,corresponding preventive measures are put forward,which can provide some reference for relevant units.
