摘要
基于各供电分区供电可靠性指标,将配电网划分为自上而下的低压层、配变层、馈线层3个层次,运用故障遍历法分析配电网在3个层次下所有可能的故障情况,并分层逐级推导出相应的故障平均停电时间的计算公式,综合得出供电可靠性评估模型。分析可知配电自动化对配电网供电可靠性的提升作用显著,但网架结构的不合理性严重制约了配电自动化技术的应用。
Based on the power supply reliability index of each power supply zone,the distribution network is divided into three levels:the top-down feeder layer,the distribution transformer layer,and the low-voltage layer.All possible faults of distribution network in three levels by using fault history are analyzed.The calculation formula of the corresponding fault average power outage time is deduced level by level,and the power supply reliability evaluation model is comprehensively obtained.The analysis shows that distribution automation has a significant effect on improving the reliability of distribution network power supply,but the irrationality of the grid structure seriously restricts the application of distribution automation technology.
