变电站二次设备智能扫描出图装置设计与实现

摘要 在各地供电局变电站的工作现场,常需作业人员对二次屏柜内的端子排信息进行采集,但是工作效率低、准确率差。从实际作业需求出发,设计并实现了一种变电站二次设备智能扫描出图装置,该设备能代替现有人工作业方式,通过设备的自动运行、软件自动分析和处理,自动生成接线图,解决人工速度低、准确率差的问题。 At the work site of the substation of the power supply bureau in various places,the operator is often required to collect the terminal block information in the secondary screen cabinet,but the work efficiency is low and the accuracy rate is poor.Based on actual operation requirements,an intelligent scanning and drawing device for secondary equipment in substations is designed and implemented,which can replace existing manual operation methods.Through automatic operation of equipment,automatic analysis and processing of software,automatic generation of wiring diagram,the problems of low manual speed and poor accuracy can be solved.
