基于FMEA的核电厂环吊缺陷原因分析和改进

摘要 核电厂环吊的可靠性直接影响核电厂运行的经济效益,因此提出一种基于FMEA的环吊缺陷原因分析方法。结合秦山核电厂某次大修伊始环吊无法启动的分析和消缺过程,分析和验证了FMEA缺陷原因分析方法的有效性,同时对环吊控制系统提出优化和改进措施。该方法还能帮助维修人员快速定位缺陷,为核电厂其他重要设备的维修提供借鉴。 The reliability of ring crane in nuclear power plant directly affects the economic benefit of the operation of nuclear power plant.Therefore,a method based on FMEA to analyze the cause of ring crane defects is proposed.Combined with the analysis and defect elimination process of the ring crane failing to start at the beginning of an overhaul in Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant,the effectiveness of the FMEA defect cause analysis method is analyzed and verified.At the same time,optimization and improvement measures are proposed for the ring crane control system.The method can also help maintenance personnel to locate defects quickly and provide reference for maintenance of other important equipment in nuclear power plant.
