弧光短路引起10 kV开关烧毁故障分析及防范

摘要 通过对一起10 kV开关烧毁故障的分析,认为开关试验后安措拆除不彻底,在送电过程中三相电源侧触头残留有铅丝,开关在接近工作位置时动静触头沿铅丝放电形成电弧,三相弧光短路是造成开关烧毁的主要原因,由此说明了设备检修后三级验收及开关送电前检查工作的重要性,并提出相应的防范措施。 Through the analysis of a 10 kV Switch burning fault,it is considered that the safety measures are not removed thoroughly after the switch test.In the process of power transmission,there is residual lead wire in the contacts of three-phase power supply side.When the switch is close to the working position,the moving and static contacts discharge along the lead wire to form an arc.Three phase arc short circuit is the main cause of switch burnout.The importance of three-level acceptance after equipment maintenance and inspection before switch power transmission is explained,and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.
