摘要
高压直流输电系统交流PLC噪声滤波器能有效降低换流阀周期性导通关断过程中产生的干扰信号,保证电力线路载波通信的正常传输,但其在长期运行中易出现设备异常,造成直流系统停运。随着高质量光纤通信技术的应用,电力线路载波通信仅存较少,交流PLC噪声滤波器所起的负面作用压过正面作用。从继电保护装置动作特性出发,研究逐步取消交流PLC的风险及影响,并通过仿真软件和实测背景噪声,探讨了取消交流PLC的可行性方案和后续对策。
The AC PLC noise filter of HVDC transmission system can effectively reduce the interference signal generated in the process of converter valve periodic on-off,and ensure the normal transmission of power line carrier communication.However,it is prone to cause equipment abnormality in long-term operation,resulting in DC system outage.With the application of high-quality optical fiber communication technology,there are only a few power line carrier communication.The negative effect of AC PLC noise filter outweighs the positive effect.Based on the action characteristics of relay protection device,the risk and influence of gradually canceling AC PLC are studied.Through simulation software and measured background noise,the feasibility plan and follow-up countermeasures for canceling AC PLC are discussed.
