增材制造设计(DfAM)设计自由度和研究现状分析 被引量:1

摘要 增材制造的发展进入稳定成长期,面向增材制造的设计方法亟待研究和向终端用户普及,以改善产业链下游的应用领域局限且市场份额不高的局面。文章首先归纳了面向增材制造的设计自由度和设计约束,接着对当今增材制造的设计仿真软件和国内外标准进行了总结,最后综述了关于增材制造设计方法的国内外研究现状,并作出了分析和展望。 Currently,Design for Additive Manufacturing( DfAM) has entered a period of stable growth. The methods of DfAM needs to be studied and popularized to end users,so as to solve such problems as limited application fields and low market share in the downstream industry chain. In this article,efforts are made to summarize the design freedom and constraints of DfAM,and then the analysis is conducted on the simulation software suitable for DfAM as well as the standards both at home and abroad. Finally,an overview is given on the research status of the DfAM methods both at home and abroad,and the prospect is made.
