摘要
针对普通台车质量始终固定不变的不足,设计了一款自身质量在2.5~3.5 t可变的桩基碰撞试验台车。将配重盒按照质心前后对称的方式安装,通过改变配重盒内质量块个数改变台车质量。以使碰撞立柱产生的应力最小化及台车质量与预期质量最一致为目标,以碰撞速度及撞击点偏移距离为噪声因素对台车进行优化设计。算例表明,文中的台车适于桩基碰撞试验。
Since common trolleys have the setback of constant quality,a pile-foundation collision test trolley with the variable self-weight of 2.5~3.5t is developed in this article. The weight box is installed symmetrically in front and back of the mass center,and the quality of the trolley is changed according to the number of mass blocks in the weight box. In order to minimize the stress produced by the collision column and keep the quality of the trolley in line with the expected standard,the optimization design is carried out with both the impact speed and the offset distance of the impact point as the noise factors. The example shows that this trolley is suitable for the pile-foundation collision test.
