涂层PCBN刀具切削淬硬钢磨损试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用涂层PCBN刀具和未涂层PCBN刀具对淬硬钢Cr12MoV进行干式切削试验。试验发现:相同切削条件下,涂层PCBN刀具相对于未涂层PCBN刀具的寿命提高36%左右。对比分析刀具磨损形貌和磨损原因发现:涂层可有效减缓前刀面月牙洼磨损和后刀面磨损的扩展;涂层与未涂层PCBN刀具磨损原因主要是硬质点磨损、粘结磨损、氧化磨损和扩散磨损,但涂层PCBN刀具的硬质点磨损痕迹较轻,且涂层可有效减缓刀具的粘结磨损和氧化磨损程度。因此涂层PCBN刀具在减缓刀具磨损和提高刀具寿命方面体现出明显的优势,具备良好的推广应用前景。 The dry cutting test of hardened steel Cr12MoV is carried out with coated PCBN tool and uncoated PCBN tool.It is found that the tool life of coated PCBN is about 36%longer than that of uncoated PCBN under the same cutting conditions.Through contrastive analysis of tool wear morphology and wear reasons,it is found that the coating can effectively slow down the expansion of crater wear and flank wear.The main wear causes of coated and uncoated PCBN tools are hard point wear,bond wear,oxidation wear and diffusion wear,but the hard point wear trace of coated PCBN tools is lighter,and the coating can effectively reduce the bond wear and oxidation wear.Therefore,the coated PCBN tool is advantageous in reducing tool wear and improving tool life,and it′s widely application is promising.
