摘要
为提高WC可转位刀片生产过程中粉末压制模具的合理使用率和存储管理效率,改善传统模具管理松散和管理粒度不够等问题,本文结合现场模具使用和存储业务,进行可转位刀片压制模具PLM系统数据库的设计。利用E-R图表示逻辑关系,介绍了数据库在粉末压制模具全生命周期管理系统业务需求中的应用。
In order to improve the reasonable use and storage management efficiency of powder pressing molds in the production process of WC indexable inserts,and to improve the loose management of traditional molds and insufficient granularity management,a PLM system database of WC indexable insert pressing moulds is designed.The E-R diagram expressing the logical relationship is presented,and the application of the database in the business requirements of the full lifecycle management system of the powder pressing mold is introduced.
