摘要
以某大角度零件为例,通过两种不同方法建立坐标系,得出了需在不同摆角行程机床加工的结论。一种是普通的坐标系法,得出此零件需要在特定的机床上才能加工;另一种采用勾股定理计算坐标轴旋转角度,充分应用五坐标机床复合摆角,可在A/B摆角行程30°以内的普通五坐标数控机床上加工该零件。在生产设备受限的情况下,通过机床复合摆角可以解决设备能力不足问题,为扩大生产能力提供有效途径和解决办法。
A large angle part is taken as an example,and two different methods are obtained by two different coordinate systems.The one is the common coordinate system construction method,by which the parts can be processed on a specific machine tool;the other method uses the Pythagorean theorem to calculate the rotation angle of the coordinate axis to make full use of the compound swing angle of the five-coordinate machine tool,by which the parts can be processed in the ordinary five-coordinate CNC machine tool with the A/B swing angle stroke within 30°.In the case of limited production equipment,the problem of insufficient equipment capacity can be solved through the compound swing angle of machine tools to provide an effective way and solution for expanding production capacities.
